1. Resolving customer queries.
2. Providing accurate information to customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Descent English communication.
2. English + Bengali or Punjabi
2.HSC+.
3. Willing to work in Voice customer service process.
4. BPO experience would be an added advantage.
5. Graduate 7 Non Graduate Fresher can also apply (No regular college students)
