ROLE PURPOSE : 
Selling Insurance products to customers and achieve monthly/quarterly & yearly targets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Minimum 6 months to 3 years in sales (preferably insurance sales) with at least 1 years in a outbound telesales setup
Very strong verbal communication skills and at least average writing skills (Fluency in English & in local language)
Should be familiar with effective objection handling
Should have worked in a mid size organisation (upto 60-100 telesales people)
Hands on experience in operating backend systems for business monitoring (MS-Office)
In-depth knowledge of sales tracking like customer profiling, pipeline management etc
Exposure to telesales operations of an online company will be an added advantage

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: 
Any Graduate/ Postgraduate
