Job Description
* Candidate has to revolve around the interaction with agents and customers
* Accountable for providing an accurate reporting to the client.
* Ensures that all agents are aware of their daily, weekly and monthly personal/team performance.
* Accountable for reaching and maintaining the level of technical competence and customer service skills of the agents.
* Responsible for monitoring the performance of the team and provide coaching session when needed
* Responsible for the monthly one on one feedback session with the TSPs.

Salary: INR 3,50,000 – 6,50,000 P.A. Excellent Incentives+free food+free Transport
