Job Description: *Windows operating system knowledge is a must, MAC & Linux knowledge is added advantage Handle inbound queries pertaining the Quick Heal technical issues Need to have basic knowledge in Networking Build sustainable relationship with the clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT Handle level 1 troubleshooting, diagnose the issue and try to resolve alerts at your end to balance work load of level 2 technical support team Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool Freshers with UG/PG (in any discipline) can apply Candidates with experience in Customer support / Technical Support/Any IT related Support or good technical knowledge can apply
