Emoluments: Rs. 31000/- pm plus HRA

Age:

Below 28 years according to date of this interview (Relaxation in age is permissible for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India standards )

Tenure: Originally for annually, extendable up to three years depending on the performance and availability of the fund. The position is only temporary and this service won’t be considered as university service and coterminous with the project period.

Essential Qualification:

• M.Sc. With at least 55% Marks in Life Sciences/Zoology/Animal Sciences/ Biotechnology/Bioinformatics from any UGC recognized University/Institute.
• Candidates have to have CSIR-UGC-NET/ GATE in Life Sciences
• This is a collaborative project, the candidate has to be ready to travel between the two host institutes and also work at University of Hyderabad and Central University of Punjab if needed.

• Desirable Qualifications:

  Preference could be given to applicants with good theoretical and/or practical knowledge in the areas of molecular biology and/or bioinformatics (transcriptomics). Prior experience in mosquito handling would be a plus but not compulsory.
